This course will also cover alternative healthcare tips. There is no 911 for pets! Hands-on practice with a mannequin dog named, Austin! Paulette Gutchess is a Certified Animal Therapist, and has over fifteen years experience working with animals.

Canine Massage
The most powerful tool we possess is touch. Massage is one of the oldest forms of healing and can impact on emotional and physical levels for both humans and animals. This easy-to-use technique will help to assist in arthritis and hip dysplasia. It will help you detect early warning signs of illness, injury, and will help to reduce emotional trauma for your loved companion. You will also learn to reduce stress and how to help your pet relax in stressful situations. Your dog will be massaged, personally by Paulette, in front of class. You will know how to give a basic massage to your own pet when the class is finished.

Animal Communication
We can all be Dr. Dolittles if we learn to listen and trust what our animals tell us. If you would like some ideas on how to listen to your intuition and trust what you receive from your pet, then this class is for you. Learn to translate for your loved ones. Bring pictures of your pets, that aren't in class, and paper and pen. We will explore new possibilities that lie within each and every one of us. It's easier than you think! You will be amazed at the information that you can receive.
